Facebook Launches Skype-Powered Video Calling

Facebook has just announced a major new feature - Video Call - that's launching in tandem with Skype!

It’s a feature that’s been rumored for quite a while, and it’s one that Facebook is putting a lot of weight behind. Now, whenever you browse to a friend’s profile, you’ll see a new button nestled between the "Message" and "Poke" buttons that says "Call". Click that, the other user will see a popup asking if they want to accept a call, and you’ll be immediately connected (you’ll need to install a small plugin the first time you use the service).

You’ll also see video calling integrated into Facebook’s Chat product. Really, you can’t miss it — Facebook is launching a new chat sidebar today that by default it takes the entire right side of the screen, and the first time you click on any user you’ll see a prompt asking if you’d like to make your first video call. If you try to initiate a video call and the other user doesn’t respond, you’ll be prompted to send them a video message.

So why is this a big deal? Facebook emphasized the fact that users will not have to create new Skype accounts to make calls, and that this will allow users to call their friends and family with a very minimal amount of setup (the flow for installing the applet only took a few seconds).

Of course, this comes just a week after the launch of Google+, which includes a video chat  feature called "Hangouts". Facebook’s video chat doesn’t support group chats yet, but when asked if Facebook will be rolling out group video calling, Zuckerberg said not to rule anything out. He added that one-to-one calling makes up the vast majority of video calling.

Skype CEO Tony Bates took the stage to make a few comments. One important thing he noted: Skype is talking with Facebook about having some paid products available through the web format.

And there's something very cool - Facebook users are usgin Skype's service anonymously.

We are very interested to try out this amazing new feature!

7 Ways To Look Younger Using Makeup

Do you want to discover the fountain of youth? No, I don't talk about plastic surgeries. Follow these easy steps that will make you look younger! The only thing that you need is makeup.

1. Don't use powder
As we age, we lose the natural glow of the skin. Applying powder can make the skin too matte or dull, it can even make it look cakey. Instead of face powder you can use liquid foundations or tinted moisturizers, they won't make your skin too matte, because they allow the skin to shine through.

2. Use creamy pink blush
Powder blush can also dull the skin, applying cream blush gives a nice glow to the cheeks. The pink color adds a nice flush to the cheeks that gives fresh and youthful appearance.

3. Conceal dark circles
Weather it's the age or the lack of sleep that's giving you dark circles under your eyes, hiding them with a concealer will immediately make you look fresher. The trick is to apply a peach or coral concealer first, that will counteract the blueness of the dark shadows. Secondly, applying as a top layer a concealer that is one shade lighter than your skin, that will brighten the area and will give you a nice youthful look.

4. Apply mascara
Curling your lashes and then applying a mascara will make your eyes look big and fresh. Making your eyes appear larger and more open is a great way to make you look younger. The best way to acomplish that - curl your lashes and apply 1-2 coats of mascara.

5. Wing your liner
Getting that droopiness to the eyelids is another change that happens as we age, but bringing your eyeliner up and out will help lift the eyes. Take a bent liner brush and some gel liner, apply along the upper lashline and wing it up on the outer edge of the eyes.

6. Wear plumping lipgloss
Making the lips look full and glossy is another way to look young and green, plus the lipgloss makes the lips look very sexy and kissable. Avoid dark shades, because that can make the lips look smaller.

7. Use light shimmer shadow
Applying a light colored shimmery shadow near the tear duct and just under the brows will brighten your eyes and make you look more awake. The key is to not wear shimmery shadow all over the eyes. You should apply it just near the tear duct and under the brows.

Lets not forget that the real thing that makes us look youthful, healthy and fresh is the way we threat our selves. Eat healthy food and exercise, thats the key to youth.

Ice cubes can be used for lots of things. One of them is as a facial. Using ice cubes as face mask is funny, easy and healthily.
